Justin Mahon and Darin Lehman have been playing music together for more than a decade.  From the beginning of their friendship in Santa Barbara, CA music has been an integral part of their relationship which blossomed into the Sacred Sounds Collection of instruments.  Justin and Darin spent many evenings on the coasts of California drumming, strumming and singing to the warmth of a blazing fire.  Camping, playing music and holding private ceremonies was how they continued to deepen their connection to sound, nature and the healing qualities that arise from music.

Music is one of the most important aspects of our lives.  Music isn’t just an art that is pleasing to the ear.  Music is movement of expression and emotion.  Music is a way to tell a story and to keep track of history to be a revolutionary or praise ones roots .  Music is a way to build community and friendship and give us a central place to gather and share.  The vibration of music can stir our emotions, can move our trauma and can heal our emotions, bodies and minds.  Music can speak directly to our Spirit.

We hope to share the power of music, the power of sound and the power of vibration with all those who are interested.  We want to bring the power of sound to the young and to the young at heart; to the new musician and to the professional musician; to those who wish to play for themselves and those who wish to play for others.
